Does PNP take this long time?

Meg Dang: Nayab Omer Farook oops sorry, I misread your post. I got SINP AOR Sep 2022 and got the nomination in Jan 2023. Your case is abnormal, maybe you should call the SINP customer service for further information.

Meg Dang: Nayab Omer Farook first and foremost, I know it's late but I would like to give you some advice. I believe any person can apply for SINP/PNP/EE by themselves without a consultant/agency as long as that person can read and write. Since you can read and write posts here, I believe you could do it all by yourself. Of course except you are a rich person or successful business owner who values their time over some money, then it's another story.
Second, even though your application was submitted by the consultant, you still should call SINP yourself to know exactly what your application status is now. I heard stories about consultants who forgot/missed emails/notifications from PNP or IRCC hence led to application rejected.
Better to keep things under your control rather than others.
