Hello! I am a PR and My parents applied for their visitor visa in July of 2022. It's been almost a year and they've not heard anything on their application.
I've been told that this maybe because my father is an ex-army officer. Does anyone know if that is a problem?
Or if there is a way for me to check on the progress of their application and speak with someone at IRCC since they're not giving any updates and I'm not hearing back from them about the webform enquiries.
