Nouman Niazi: I am adding Canada as current residence and assuming my travel as vacation/temporary arrangement. Meanwhile in travel history I did add my current travel to home country as ongoing and planning on explaining that it will end next month in LOE.
I was hoping answer to this would clarify if I am putting the correct information there as well.
Pintu Priyadarshi: Nouman Niazi the issue will be around PCC in that case.. since you are mentioning canada as country of residence , and in that case your current PCC will not be valid as you should get PCC from country(which is not your current residence) after your exit
Nouman Niazi: Pintu Priyadarshi I got update PCC from my home country upto current date. For Canada we dont need PCC, so that is sorted.
Right now I am only concerned whether I can be considered as someone who already lives in Canada and visiting a place for sometime? or am I someone who visited Canada for a couple of months and now back to home country.
