I did a paid internship back home in the Monitoring and Evaluation Department of an INGO as "M&E Intern". Now I'm confused about which NOC should I choose? Most of my duties align with Research Assistant. Do I need to ask my employer to issue me an experience letter as a Research Assistant? But the problem is, I used my previous experience letter that mentions my position as "M&E Intern" for my Study Permit application.
Please guide me.
