PR Card Photo rejection
I did soft landing in Feb 2024. I got an email about a week ago that the photo I submitted does not meet the required specifications. I am supposed to submit 2 photos within 180 days of landing or else my PR request will be cancelled. I am supposed to mail the photos to a processing center in Nova Scotia. I live in the US.
Has anyone been in this situation? Is it ok if I mail the photos from my US address directly?
A friend who lives in Toronto and has gone through this process mentioned that it's better if the photos get mailed from a Canadian address (My PR card is supposed to get mailed to my friend's address).
Another question - Can I enter Canada by road in my personal vehicle on the basis of COPR document only? I suppose they do not check for PR card / Visa at the border.

Mandeep Singh: I don't know if sending from US will impact it or not. I think to be on safer side send digital photo to your friend in Canada, your friend can get the physical photo locally and send it to PR card processing center.
