Hi there, I recently created my Express Entry profile and claimed 2 years of working experience. In my current role, I have accumulated 2 years of relevant experience, and I also included a past internship I completed after graduating. However, I encountered a challenge with the reference letters from my internships:
- For the first internship, the reference letter includes all necessary information except for the bank account details. Unfortunately, the company closed the account immediately after our collaboration, and no pay slip was provided.
- Regarding the second internship, the reference letter lacks crucial details such as the email address of the person who signed it, weekly working hours, and a clear statement about the salary being in cash. Despite my attempts to reach out for an updated letter, I haven't received a response. I'm unsure whether I should remove these internship experiences from my profile or keep them and provide an explanation in the cover letter. Your guidance on the best course of action would be highly appreciated. Please assist.
