My permit is expiring 2024 aug. But I have a TRV with multiple entry visitor visa -V1 valid until 2026. Can I travel to India by May , as I have only <6 months of expiry for my PGWP.
Also In case I recieve My PR invitation before 2024 Aug, Can I work on implied status or do I need to do bridging WP. Looking forward for responses.

Parul Gulati: You can travel and be back before the expiry of your permit.
Receiving PR invitation and applying for the PR won’t put you on implied status.
You will need to apply Bridging open work permit once you submit your PR application
