I have my file with PVO Edmonton. It's almost close to the end of 5 months CEC Application time but I have no new updat

Hi Everyone, I have my file with PVO Edmonton. It's almost close to the end of 5 months CEC Application time but I have no new updates.
I called the Ircc support agent recently and they mentioned there is an information request on the file but I never received any ADR yet.
What to do in this case? Can information request mean something else in a different context?
I am assuming unless they receive my ADR documents they will not move forward with the file

Anoop Santhosh: Tell them you never recd an ADR. Also, ask them what kind of information they have requested for and send it via webform if they share that info.
