Ejiro Esiekpe: Wow,congratulations

Anh Dang: Congratulations!! 🎉🎉🎉

I'm curious about the interview. What did they ask you? Is it normal to be interviewed? How long was it! How many officers were there?

Bhavin Dholakia: Anh Dang

I had received an email from sask immigration that they had scheduled in person interview to discuss my sinp application and plan to live in Saskatchewan

I believe they conducted interviews for the country based draw which happened on 16 Aug 2023. Not sure whether whether they are conducting interviews for regular draws. One officer in the interview and took about 20-25 min

Questions they asked me during interview:

  • why you choose Saskatchewan
  • How will you find accommodation etc (settlement plan, which city you are looking to land nd initially and why?)
  • Depend of my occupation in Saskatchewan (what research I did regarding my work field in Saskatchewan)
  • Experience of work (related to my NOC- 22232)

In short they wanted to see what research you did for your application, what you are doing to get a job and how you are preparing for that and how confident are you to move to Saskatchewan

Anh Dang: Bhavin Dholakia WOW, thank you for your detailed answer, very informative! Was that the first and only country-based draw till now?

Bhavin Dholakia: Anh Dang yes that was the first country based draw as far as I believe.

Usman Dar: What questions did they ask in the interview?
