Is anyone aware of the process to apply for emergency visa ? The emergency is major medical situation of spouse , who is hospitalized.
He needs to call a family member to take care of infant child and two other kids.
Hospital is ready to provide letter and documents etc.
Can’t apply eTA as county is not eligible to apply eTA.
